Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order. After an hour, cancellations are no longer possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–4 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Return approval must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Once approved, you will have an additional 3 days to return the item.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• A video recording of the package being opened at the time of delivery is mandatory in case of any claims regarding damage, missing items, or incorrect products.
